Seabrook Island, SC : Vacation Part 3

Part 3 of our vacation to Seabrook Island, SC.

Water Skiing and Tubing probably was one of the highlights of our trip. I’m glad all the wifeys and my mom got to enjoy tubing! They had a blast and some of the expressions on their faces on these pics are hilarious!

Trophy Lakes is pretty sweet! They host a lot of tournaments there so few water skiing world records have been set there! It’s so private and it’s cool that there’s a dock and a picnic area so a whole family can come take turns to go on a boat to ski or go tubing. Another cool thing was the general manager Matt DuBon drove the boat for us and he’s the overall #1 ranked in South Carolina. Specifically in the Slalom and Jump category.

Here’s Matt getting the tube ready.

Their cool dog on the property.

My brother chillin out!

My bro-in-law knows what he’s doing.

My 8 yr. old nephew has no idea what wiping out in the water feels like! He gets up like he’s been doing it for years. He’s so athletic!

I on the other hand was seeking to demonstrate that Pride comes before…..a fall!

And these crack me up!

This one’s my fav. I’m glad they had fun!

Brock - It was amazing – probably what was the funniest thing about it was that you had a smile on your face the whole time. That just cracked us up even more. I could not believe how tenacious it was. I would have given up long before you did.July 21, 2008 – 9:59 am

Brock - Still to this day the hardest I have ever laughed in my life was the day I went water skiing with Peter Bang. If I remember right, it was your first time skiing (yes?) and even though you couldn’t quite stand up, you did not (would not) let go. It went on like that for what seemed like 10 minutes. Just watching you holding on splashing all through the water. Kent Hollis and I could not even stand up we were so weak from laughing. I will never forget it. AWESOME pictures!July 20, 2008 – 8:16 pm
