Photoshop : Before & After

I just spent 5 minutes in Photoshop picking boogers out of my son’s nose:) Hope you’re not offended;)

He was in such a happy mood at the time and I had two options. 1) I could have taken the boogers out before I took the photos but risk ruining his happy mood, or 2) just take the photo as is and capture his cute little smiley face.
