Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

In the past couple weeks I spent some quality time with wife and kids, traveled to visit family then traveled up to New Jersey to finish off 2011 with a New Year’s Eve wedding.

2011 was a great year personally and professionally. Thank you for your continual love and support!
Looking forward to 2012!

Here are some recent photos of my kiddos.
The first one was used for our Christmas card and the rest are from Christmas eve in their matching PJ’s:) Love them!

Wedding : Sarah & Howard

Here’s another wedding with a bride named Sarah:) 3 out of last 4 brides from my weddings were Sarah so I’ve been staying extra focused to not mixed them up;)

I’ve known Howard for years and it brings me joy knowing that he’s now married to Sarah.
They grew up with different background and culture yet are such quality people who are genuine, humble and caring…living out their love for Jesus.

It was a pleasure to witness and document their wedding celebration and I think every guest at the wedding would agree that one of the highlight was when they washed each others feet during the ceremony that represented Jesus’ love for them and their commitment to serve each other as husband and wife.

It was also fun re-uniting and having Kristen shoot along side me. Back when I was starting out Kristen let me second shoot for her all the time so I’m grateful for her helping me get started in this business.

Congrats Sarah & Howard and I’ll see you around!

Pause and take a deep breath

Here’s a photo I took during our vacation this past summer.
This was at Jockey’s Ridge State Park in Outer Banks, NC.
Have you been?
It was our first time there and we had a great time…even meeting up with friends who were vacationing at the same time.

I love sunset and horizon so I took this photo and wanted to share it with you.
There was a couple standing at the top of the sand dunes so I pretended it was an engagement session and added them to the composition;)

I just needed to pause for a minute and take a deep breath so I encourage you to do the same.

What thoughts go through your mind?

This photo reminds me that God is a beautiful creator and a lot bigger than I think.
I didn’t create what’s in this photo. I just took a picture of what I saw.

Enjoy your weekend!
