Everything I know about using an off camera light is from Zack Arias at the OneLight Workshop I went to couple years ago. If you have an opportunity to go, go! But if not, he’s coming out with a DVD soon with all the information so look out for that!
I was working on a project using my man Zeke as a model and after we finished we got some more fun shots. These were taken with one off camera light in a hallway against an off white wall at our church. Not in a studio with a backdrop.
